Turning 65?

I put together this collage of photos from this year and am reflecting on how I feel about my 65th birthday that will arrive soon enough at the beginning of November. Some of you may recall the TedX talk I did a few years ago about turning 50.

When I turn 65 I'll do so with the same spirit that defined me, refusing to be boxed in by age, rejecting that my best years are behind me.

I believe we are different from our parents because we have been living in a time that has allowed us to be different.

We have had the freedom to question, to change, to grow in ways they could not.

I'm determined that when I turn 65 I'll still be questioning, changing and growing.

How about you?

Love Ali xx
