About Ali Miles-Jenkins
How my journey began
Hi, I’m Ali Miles-Jenkins BA(Hons) FCIPD, an award-winning management consultant, coach, trainer and business owner for 34 years.
Since 2017 I’ve been championing the age agenda for women and built a community of over 6,000 wonderful women. I’ve delivered a TEDX talk: ‘The Surprising Truth About Women over 50’. I’m now on a mission to enable women over 60 to be sassy, s*xy and successful, living the amazing lives they so deserve!
On a personal note I’m a Warwick University Graduate, with decades of experiences in the Learning and Development Industry. I held two senior management roles and then left to set up my own business in 1990. I married in 1987, divorced in 2007 and remarried in 2008. I have three grown up children. In 2018 I became a grandma, and now have two grandchildren. My son runs a very successful digital marketing agency specialising in Facebook advertising, and my younger daughter is a business psychologist working in the City of London. Both my elder daughter and son spent several years working alongside me in the business, which was amazing!
I live in a house in the country where I also have my offices. I have a Jack Russell: Lilly and two young romanian rescues - Iggy Pop and Nikki, a horse called Harvey and Neo the cat! Hobbies include the gym, running, riding , travelling, dancing, 70s and 80s music and animal welfare. Most of all my passion is...you guessed it...being an advocate for women over 60.
