Change for the Better
Here's 5 key strategies I've been using lately to be my best self as I head towards 65 and I have found they have really worked. So I'm sharing them with you so perhaps you may benefit from them too.
1. Redefined my strength, both physical and mental.
2. Reignited some previous hobbies including working out at the gym regularly, taking up Zumba and sailing.
3. Reinvested time in making some wonderful new friends.
4. Rescued two Romanian and very traumatised rescue dogs, so that something good has resulted from the loss of my beloved Teddy Edward.
5. Realised I still have some amazing skills and experience that I should continue to share with others.
